A Thoughtful, Collaborative
Approach to Therapy
Is something in your life feeling…off?
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or not quite like yourself? I want you to know you’re not alone.
Most people find themselves in this place at different points in their lives—and over time, it can become harder to know how to move forward or what will actually help.
Being here is a meaningful first step.
You might not know where to begin or how to put words to what’s going on—and that’s okay. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to start somewhere.
Over time, through meaningful conversation, things start to become clearer. You begin to see yourself and your life in new ways—ways that can feel both empowering and quietly transformative.
Hi, I’m Jen.
I’ve wanted to be a therapist since I was sixteen—but like many people, life took me in other directions first.
When I decided to pursue this work later in life, it felt like coming home.
Since then, I’ve been building my practice here in Newport Beach while continuing to navigate many of the same life transitions my clients are moving through.
Life has a way of being messy, beautiful, and uncertain all at once. I’ve lived enough of it to know that growth often happens in those in-between spaces—when something is ending, changing, or just beginning again.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a mom to two girls—one teen and one young adult—and have been married to my husband since 2001. I’m also a proud dog mom to Winston, our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
I love life here in Orange County—sun, surf, sand, and time with the people (and pup) I love most.
Wherever you are in your story, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you find your way forward.

I love being a therapist.
And I love my clients.
I love sitting with people and listening closely—not just to what’s being said, but to what’s underneath.
I listen for the strengths, the resilience, and the parts of you that are still very much alive—even when things feel hard.
I love the kind of conversations that open something up—new clarity, new perspective, a different way forward.
I’m always humbled by the courage it takes to show up and share what’s really going on.
It’s an honor to sit with people in those moments.
Because your story matters. You matter.”
